Platinum Club Membership
Regular maintenance decreases your chance of breakdown. Should you be faced with an unexpected problem with your air conditioner or furnace, Club members go right to the top of the list. Members receive a 50% discount off any repair diagnostic fee and 20% discounts on any parts or labor for AC or heating repair and maintenance. That includes filters and any other regular maintenance items.

Replace your outdated or poorly functioning cooling & Heating system with the latest technology for better performance. Get upfront pricing on System installation with no hidden costs.

STANDARD FACTORY
WARRANTIES
Standard factory warranties vary by manufacturer, but are typically as follows:

Equipment Warranties (System Replacements): Most of our manufacturers offer a 10-year parts warranty for equipment that is registered. For unregistered equipment, the warranty is a standard five years. South Texas Air provides all registration services with new system installations at no charge to our clients.
​
Contractor Warranty: The standard warranty for labor is coverage for one year from the date of installation.
​
Service/Repair: Service and repairs typically fall under the same warranty as the equipment, with 10 years for registered equipment or parts, or five years without registration.
SOUTH TEXAS AIR PRO
South Texas Air Pro is our exclusive and comprehensive warranty plan. This plan includes:

Coverage for all potential repairs needed within the next 10 years

*This plan must be purchased and combined with system options with installation of new equipment.

This warranty plan does not include Regular maintenance after the first year of installation. Customer is subject to pay Diagnostic Fee with Service Visits, unless the system is less than 1 Year old, or Customer is currently enrolled in the (Platinum Club Membership) .

South Texas Air Platinum Membership is our company maintenance plan that offers critical maintenance services and extra benefits for members.
